C.G. Conn was one of the four American Greats in the making of quality saxophones. The Conn 6M Alto Sax formed a high point in both the quality of sound as well as in the design of keywork. The instruments made by Conn after their Model 6M, although quite good for decades to come, never achieved the respect these top-of-the-line Vintage Beauties earned.

This instrument was made in the late 1940's, and has a great sound and as quick an action as you will find in a vintage horn. This combination of robust sound and lightness of playability has never been duplicated. 

The Original Gold Lacquering is completely intact (certainly above 95%) making this Conn 6M the closest that we have ever seen to one looking LIKE NEW !!

We have meticulously re-padded this Conn 6M using Pisoni Black Pro Pads. All corks and felts have been replaced.

She is ready to play Perfectly !!
