Named for the mountainous region of Azumino, Japan, the birthplace of Altus handmade flutes, Azumi relies on the premium performance and playability of the unique Altus "Z" cut embouchure combined with a precisely crafted body and mechanism.

Orders within The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. We do our best to send out orders that are received before 5pm with next day delivery. For our customers outside NL, we send our packages with Post NL which then hooks up with your local postal service. All packages are insured and tracked for it to arrive safely at your door. Details

The Azumi Z1 flute with C-foot, handmade Z-cut headjoint with silver lip plate and choice of closed keys (Azumi AZZ1E) or open keys (Azumi AZZ1RE).

The Z1 series Azumi comes with a Z-cut headjoint made of nickel silver with a solid sterling silver lip plate. The Z-cut headjoint is handmade by the higher positioned brand Altus and gives the instrument a quick response and full, rich tone in all registers. Due to the use of nickel-silver for the corpus and mechanism, the flute is very solid and durable, while the price could be reduced.
