In the unlikely event of any problem occuring upon its arrival, you can be assured that we will address the issue quickly and efficiently. The instruments are sold with its manufacturer's warranty.

This headjoint standard comes with the Azumi Z-1 flutes. It is made by the renowned Japanese flute builder Altus. The headjoint comes with a gold plated lipplate, riser and crown as well as a gold-plated inside of the tube for a more complex, warmer sound.  The Z-cut headjoint gives the instrument a quick response and full, rich tone in all registers.

Fitting this Altus headjoint to your flute

There are no global standards for the size of the connection between headjoint and flute. Even flutes and headjoints of the same brand will not always fit perfectly. Fortunately, our flute repairman can make almost any headjoint fit your flute. This service is free of charge, but for this we need your flute in our shop to fit.
