In the unlikely event of any problem occuring upon its arrival, you can be assured that we will address the issue quickly and efficiently. The instruments are sold with its manufacturer's warranty.

This silver-plated Yamaha flute headjoint with a gold-plated lip-plate, riser, crown and inside of the tube is based on the standard silver plated headjoint that comes with the Yamaha YFL-200 series flutes. We have gold-plated the lip-plate, riser, crown and inside of the tube with 14 carat gold.

Interestingly enough, the Gold Plating on the Lip Plate and Interior of the tube has a substantial and very positive effect on the sonics of the head joint and therefore on the entire flute.

Fitting this Yamaha headjoint to your flute

There are no global standards for the size of the connection between headjoint and flute. Even flutes and headjoints of the same brand will not always fit perfectly. Fortunately, our flute repairman can make almost any headjoint fit your flute. This service is free of charge, but for this we need your flute in our shop to fit.
